01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "bbj88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the entity operating the bbj88 platform at bbj88.asia and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the bbj88 website, mobile-optimised interface, all gaming products, the sportsbook, payment systems, and any related software or services made available by bbj88.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bbj88 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the bbj88 platform.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotions, payment processing, customer support, and other features offered through the bbj88 platform.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, guidelines, and requirements of international gaming authorities applicable to the operation of the bbj88 platform and to your use of it.

References to "including" are not exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are governed in the English language; in the event of any inconsistency between versions in different languages, the English version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To access the Services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a bbj88 employee or partner organisation;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process;
• Maintain one (1) account per person only — the creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

bbj88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bbj88 does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bbj88 account credentials, including your username and password. bbj88 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account protection.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified bbj88 of any unauthorised access;
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bbj88 customer support immediately via live chat;
• bbj88 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

bbj88 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. Accounts found to have been involved in fraudulent activity, unauthorised access, or any breach of these Terms will be permanently terminated without prior notice.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

bbj88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the purpose of funding player accounts and processing withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your bbj88 account at the time of transaction;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements. bbj88 may request documentation including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport prior to processing withdrawals;
• bbj88 processes e-wallet withdrawals within five (5) minutes on average under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes;
• bbj88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected, pending completion of a review;
• All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified;
• bbj88 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges for which bbj88 bears no responsibility.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

bbj88 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards, are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus eligibility, minimum deposit requirements, and wagering requirements ("rollover") vary by promotion and are detailed in the individual promotion terms;
• bbj88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers through bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or any other exploitative practice will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension;
• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will not be reinstated;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbj88 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds without prior notice:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any casino game or sports betting event;
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the platform software;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other unlawful activity through the platform;
• Accessing or attempting to access any other player's account without their express authorisation;
• Using the platform in any way that disrupts its normal operation or impairs its performance for other users.

bbj88 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory authorities in connection with any investigation into unlawful activity conducted through or in connection with the platform.

07 Responsible Gaming

bbj88 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account through the responsible gaming settings panel;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the bbj88 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming activity at intervals selected by the player.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbj88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, and database structures — is the property of bbj88 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bbj88 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from bbj88;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform;
• Use any bbj88 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without express written permission;
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbj88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform, regardless of the theory of liability.

bbj88 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times;
• Any defect or error in the platform will be corrected;
• Any particular game outcome, return-to-player percentage, or result will be achieved by any individual player.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bbj88's total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount deposited into your bbj88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Termination and Account Closure

Players may close their bbj88 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to account closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and all active withdrawal requests completed. Any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

bbj88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Identity verification cannot be completed to bbj88's satisfaction;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity;
• The player is determined to be ineligible to use the platform by reason of age, jurisdiction, or other eligibility criteria.

Where an account is terminated for cause, bbj88 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any balance associated with bonus funds and any winnings derived from promotional activity in breach of applicable Terms.

11 Amendments to These Terms

bbj88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bbj88 will provide reasonable notice through an in-platform notification or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the bbj88 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as provided in Section 10.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always accessible on this page at bbj88.asia/terms-conditions. bbj88 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority regulatory frameworks applicable to the bbj88 platform's operation. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the bbj88 platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through direct communication with bbj88 customer support.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial dispute notification, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable international gaming authority under which bbj88 operates. bbj88's decisions on gaming outcomes, account activity, and bonus eligibility shall be final in the absence of demonstrable technical error, as determined by bbj88 in its sole reasonable discretion.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bbj88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings on the same subject matter.
